Center of Attention! Zoomlion’s High-end Equipment Stuns at KOMATEK Turkey

KOMATEK 2026, a premier construction machinery event in Turkey, was held in Istanbul from June 3 to 6. Zoomlion showcased over 40 high-end products across eight categories, including Mobile Crane  Machinery, Earthmoving Machinery, Mining Machinery, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), Concrete Machinery, Construction Hoisting Machinery, Foundation Machinery, and Industrial Vehicles. With robust product performance and a comprehensive localized sales and service network, the company captured significant interest from customers, securing orders and intended orders worth over RMB 1 billion.

With the theme ‘Innovation for Value,’ Zoomlion’s exhibits featured intelligent, eco-friendly, and customized designs, covering a wide range of application scenarios such as infrastructure construction, urban operations, mining, aerial work, concrete placement, material handling, smart construction site management, and human-machine collaboration.

In terms of new energy and intelligence, Zoomlion highlighted its electric excavators, electric loaders, and electric mining dump trucks, emphasizing their benefits in energy efficiency, high productivity, flexibility, safety, and heavy-duty performance. Specifically, the ZE225GE electric excavator utilizes proprietary energy recovery technology, allowing for 6-10 hours of operation per charge, while its high-power fast charging technology enables recharging within 1.5 hours to ensure high-frequency operation; The ZWL75GE electric wheel loader supports 1-hour fast charging and 8 hours of continuous operation to meet high-frequency construction demands. Its high-speed motor, paired with a high-ratio gearbox and a reinforced heavy-duty structure, allows it to easily handle various harsh, high-load conditions; The ZT118EV electric wide-body dump truck adopts a dual-motor coupling drive scheme, delivering a peak power of 800 kW. It provides abundant power reserves and powerful heavy-load starting, while its 801 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery fully meets the requirements for continuous long-range operation in mines.

Localization and customization were also prominent features of Zoomlion’s exhibited products. For instance, the company has customized several engineering hoisting machinery models for the Turkish market, covering mainstream scenarios such as heavy-duty lifting, wind power construction, municipal projects, and logistics handling. The ZLK7600V8 knuckle boom crane, a prime example of localized European production, has its superstructure manufactured at Zoomlion’s German facility to ensure faster response to customer needs; Furthermore, the product features customized upgrades based on market feedback. It integrates a highly efficient and reliable hydraulic system with intelligent safety control technology, is equipped with dual reducers, and offers a wide operating range and excellent lifting capacity, with options for winches, jibs, and various custom configurations.

Zoomlion’s intelligent aerial work machinery division also presented several scissor and boom lift models, as well as telehandlers, to address the diverse and personalized requirements of customers. Other highlights included the 47m pump truck, 12-cubic-meter mixer truck, WA7025-12E tower crane, SC200 construction hoist, ZR420U2 rotary drilling rig with DSM function, and various forklift models. Zoomlion’s products attracted a large number of visitors for business discussions due to their superior performance, intelligent control systems, and adaptability to diverse working conditions, leading to brisk deal-making at the booth.

Beyond engineering machinery, Zoomlion’s new Z01 humanoid robot made an appearance, energizing the atmosphere and becoming one of the highlights of the exhibition. Developed for industrial collaboration, smart guiding, and scientific research, the bipedal Z01 humanoid robot is capable of smooth coordination and precise operation. It performed a dance routine and demonstrated human-machine interaction, prompting many attendees to stop and pose for photos.
